If you enjoy deep tissue massage, you’re going to love this. The combination of deep pressure and stretching was perfect for relaxing muscles in problem areas. On was excellent at identifying problem areas and working them out effectively. The environment was calm and relaxing, I even managed to sneak in a quick nap before heading back to work.
From the very first session On was able to alleviate my frozen shoulder pain and restore some of my limited movement. The result was drastic and with a home self stretch plan and follow up visit movement and pain is so much more improved from the initial visit and just in time for the golf season.
